President

Robert Adler is a search engine optimization professional with a formal background in the areas of programming, application development, Internet security, and automation. Mr. Adler was one of the Managing Members of Microsite Masters, a Rank Tracking Software as a Service for Search Engine Optimization Marketers, from it’s inception in September of 2011 to June of 2014.

In other roles, Mr. Adler developed web applications at a top-tier IT solutions provider and was appointed as an advisor by several global companies for assistance in the areas of programming, software development, and Internet marketing. Mr. Adler’s aptitude in C++, Golang and Ruby, among other languages, sets him apart from colleagues.

Robert Adler received a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Central Pennsylvania College in 2008 with specializations in Computer Programming and Cyber Security. In addition, he received awards by the Phi Beta Lambda student organization by placing 1st in Pennsylvania in April, 2006 and 10th in the USA in June, 2006 for C++ Programming.

Mike Korolishin is a search engine optimization professional with several years of experience in field of digital marketing as an agency project manager and independent contractor. This experience on both the management and implementation side of a wide array of projects has helped Mr. Korolishin develop campaigns which are tailored to the needs of each individual business while remaining practical in scope.

Coming from Temple University with an academic background in Human Biology and Epidemiology, Mr. Korolishin has found ways to translate the analytical and experimental methods learned in these fields and actively applies them in a cross-disciplinary fashion to his current work.

With a body of knowledge built through testing and implementation of his own strategies on live websites, Mr. Korolishin has shown what works through achieving results. This wealth of practical knowledge has lead to Mr. Korolishin being featured in multiple expert roundup interviews over the years alongside Mr. Adler. Taking these winning tactics and applying them to broader digital marketing campaigns for clientelle is where he truly comes into his own.

Mr. Korolishin also really hates writing about himself in the third person. I hate this. That’s right. It’s me. I’ve been writing this whole thing. Hi. The cat’s out of the bag. It’s just you and me now. There never was a third person. If you want to know anything more about me, just ask.

Joseph McCarthy is a veteran software developer with over 15 years experience. Over the years Mr. McCarthy has honed his skills in a plethora of programming languages. These include but are not limited to: Ruby, Python and PHP. He is also a Microsoft Certified .NET Solutions Developer and Database Administrator.

Developing web based applications is not just a job, it is a passion. Software development is modern day craftsmanship and can solve problems for businesses and people. Mr. McCarthy currently serves as a chair person of a child educators group which focuses on compiling programming curriculum and toolsets designed to educate young children in the ways of programming. He is also heading the development of a homeless resource database. When launched this will be a definitive resource for the homeless and outreach/social work programs to utilize in the facilitation of helping many homeless get back on their feet.

In other roles, Mr. McCarthy is an accomplished project manager who has 8 years of experience leading and directing network and software teams on a variety of projects in both corporate and not for profit environments.

Joseph McCarthy received an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from the College of Westchester in 2000. Attained a specialization in HIPAA compliance as it pertains to technology in general and more specifically software development and data storage practices. In addition, he received an award for his work on the World Trade Center Permanency Project database. The application focused on tracking children who lost parents in the 9/11 tragedy. The application was also the instrument which facilitated connecting these children with the resources and services they needed to emotionally heal.

The Interns

Zen is our 8 year old programmer in training.  Currently he is studying Python. When he is not studying he can often be found watching anime cartoons and pretending to have lightsaber fights.  His future plans include coding a million dollar mobile game app,  buying a place where his brothers can’t get into and traveling all over the world.

Ryder is our 6 year old salesman in training.  He’s got the smile,  he’s got the wink and the finger gun down pat. He loves to catnap in between sales pitches. His future plans include learning a bit about programming, becoming a REAL ninja, not a pretend one and to make lots of money and buy all the games for the Nintendo 3Ds.

Ronin is our 3 year old collections agent in training. He has a real sweet approach to get in the door but once in he is a real shark.  His future plans right now are solely focused on making sure AT gets paid.

*These children are in no way employed by Automated Tendencies… yet.
